We are Unity Care Group.Unity Care Group was created through the merger of independent care providers united by a shared belief: that young people deserve better.Our organisation was born out of frustration.We're tired of empty promises. We're tired of watching vulnerable young people being let down by the very systems designed to protect them. We're tired of seeing lives shaped by instability, low expectations and missed opportunities.So we built something different.Unity Care Group exists to redefine what great care looks like. We believe social care should be more than providing a safe place to live—it should be about creating brighter futures, building confidence, and unlocking potential.Every young person deserves access to opportunity, regardless of where they started in life. We exist to provide not just care, but a network of support, positive role models, meaningful relationships and a culture built on ambition, self-belief and possibility.Working in partnership with local authorities, we deliver high-quality residential children's homes and semi-independent accommodation that puts young people at the centre of everything we do. Our teams provide hands-on support, mentoring and life skills that empower each individual to develop independence, resilience and the confidence to succeed.Unity Care Group is more than a care provider.We are people who genuinely care, challenging the status quo and helping every young person build a future they can be proud of.

It’s about actually caring.To create a trauma informed organisation which provides a service that focuses on the best interests of children & adolescents in local government care and beyond. We use a holistic relational and trauma centred approach via the provision of both in-house and out reach services to meet the needs of all our service users.To support adults with enduring mental health concerns to live happy and fulfilling lives reintegrate them back into society.To empower children & adolescents with the ability to create positive habits and routines to achieve their full potential.To create a space where young people are able to build meaningful relationships with their key workers using relational approaches and allow them to build a sense of identity.Our ultimate goal is to help all our service users achieve a brighter future.
